ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
CREDIT CARD
For any rental, a credit card is required. Credit cards accepted are VISA / MasterCard / American Express. A minimum pre-authorization of $ 350 will be made for each car or truck rental. When returning the vehicle, you can pay in cash or through Interac, if you wish. The credit card of another person may be placed as collateral for a fee of $ 7.95 / day. The holder of the credit card must be present when taking possession of the vehicle.
MINIMUM AGE TO MAKE A RENTAL
To rent a car or a moving truck, you must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license. Probationary licenses are accepted, but learner's licenses are not.
TRANSFER OF INSURANCE AND CREDIT CARD INSURANCE COVERAGE
You can transfer your insurance on our rental vehicles except for trucks. To do this, you must inform an agent when making your reservation and the procedure will then be explained to you in order to complete your application, based on the type of rental you are planning.
CREDIT CARD INSURANCE COVERAGE
It is possible to cover our rental vehicles (from compact class to 7 passengers minivan) with your credit card insurance. You must then bring the documentation provided by your credit card company stating its terms of coverage, as they can vary from one card to another.
TRAVEL TO THE UNITED STATES
It is possible to travel to the U.S. with our rental vehicles, with the exception of trucks over 3000 kg. A fee of $ 7.95 per day is applicable for this type of rental.
METRO AND BUS STATION
Our offices are located near the Saint-Michel metro station. You can go there and call us and we will be happy to offer a valet service to pick you up and drive you back at the end of your rental (some conditions apply, please notify when making your reservation). You can also use the 139 bus from the Pie IX metro station; our offices are located directly on the corner of the bus stop, at the intersection of Pie IX and 43rd Street.
PARKING YOUR VEHICLE
You can park your car for free in our fenced parking lot reserved for our customers, 7 days a week.
